7% Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Toner (formerly 7% Glycolic Acid Toning Solution) is an exfoliator that dramatically smoothes skin texture and promotes the appearance of a more even complexion, as well as brighter skin, with regular use. It also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The water-based toner format is suitable for everyday use.
