Scope of Application

These terms apply to all sales made via the Tuumiza website or through our physical boutique in Kigali. They define the rights and obligations of both Tuumiza and the customer.

Products and Services

Product Availability: 

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. In the event of stock unavailability, we will notify you and propose an alternative solution or a refund.

Custom Orders: 

For specific product requests not listed on our website, customers can place a custom order. The details of such orders will be confirmed before processing.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in [currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly mentioned. Delivery costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
• Tuumiza reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price indicated at the time of order confirmation will apply.
  

Orders

Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once payment is received.

Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. For custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once processing begins.

Payment

• Payment can be made via the methods specified on our platform (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile money, or other payment solutions).
• Payments are processed securely. Tuumiza does not store your payment details.
  

Delivery 

Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary based on the product and destination. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the order process.

Delivery Guarantee: Tuumiza ensures the safe delivery of your products. In case of loss or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Custom Duties: For international deliveries, all prices include customs duties to ensure hassle-free transactions for customers in Rwanda.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: Products can be returned within one day from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Custom orders may not be eligible for refunds.

Liability

Tuumiza is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law
